Using your AFTWENTY account, AFTWENTY is a daily fitness program ideal for those with a busy lifestyle. The fitness program requires only 20 minutes a day and can be performed anywhere - your home, the park, the beach, your hotel room.... anywhere! No equipment is required. 
 
To assist you in completing the daily workouts, you will be able to access the daily fitness program through the AFTWENTY app. The AFTWENTY app also contains a built-in 20 minute timer. Daily scaling videos will be provided online that offer scaling options for workouts. The scaling videos ensure AFTWENTY is beneficial and accessible to all fitness levels.
